Thursday at Grace

Hello everybody!  If you were looking for inspiration and information…  You missed it.  After a brief summary of testimony, Mr. Reynolds got to work.  In Joe Lewis style, fourty people punched with the whole body, and worked Karate block basics.  Got fit with punching pad drills plus knees and a sprint, four to a line, and some people got really sweaty.  Then were shown a base of ribs interpretation – stand-up, clinch take-down, and on the ground.  Then of course we beat on each other, in love.  Some teach, some follow, guys the word for Mr. Chuck is anointed.  I see him every Sunday, he works in the kids volunteer mentoring program and is an usher at our church.  He said he will be back, don’t miss next time, but if you do, your loss.  What made it really great was the love for Christ, karate parallel showing through.  In Christ, Keith

Sevier Heights Classes are Great!

Wow, what great attitudes our people have at Sevier Heights.  They are all focused and asking questions and they are a real pleasure to train with.  We have about 45 students and average about 30 to 35 in attendance.  It is a tremendous class.

Hey Folks:

Our demonstration went great Saturday.  It was very cold, but the Sheriff sent his helicopter out and the Fire department sent all their equipment out and they built bird houses and broke boards and concrete.  I believe our karate family had fun1
